"rationale": "Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The project needs to be extended in time to end of June 2024. In addition, there is some extra 3D modelling work required to complete the wrecks side of the apps work being done. It is anticipated this will be under the 10% of the original contract value of PS450K. There are a couple of smaller pieces of work which while covered under the existing budget will take into early part of 2024 as it involves a school and community group finding the available time to create some mosaic work for a seat at Crimdon. In addition, at Horden station, there will be required to be signage installed and that requires planning permission once the signage has been designed."
