Notice Description
The scope of this Contract Technical Specification (CTS) relates to the provision of specialist Marine Agents to provide a range of liaison services for an offshore development, including design, implementation and management of a fisheries liaison and mitigation strategies including payments. Provision of support for negotiation/consultation with statutory bodies and regulators and provision of advice applicable to legal agreements. Together with intelligence reporting and managing risks associated by the conduct of marine activities pursuant to the selection of a suitable site for the GDF.
