Culturally Appropriate Advocacy Pilots
Notice Description
Culturally Appropriate Advocacy Pilots is to test the concept and feasibility of three different models of culturally appropriate advocacy in order to identify enablers and barriers to implementation. The findings from these pilots will be used to strengthen the evidence base and inform the design of longer-term pilots (subject to government funding) in Culturally Appropriate Advocacy.
Lot Information
LOT 1 - Model A & B Region 1 (NorthEast NorthWest Yorkshire & Humber)
LOT 1 - Model A & B - Region 1 (North East. North West. Yorkshire and the Humber) Model A: Community In-Reach Model delivered in areas with high proportions of BAME detentions (1 Pilot site)Model B: This is an inpatient model delivered in areas with a high proportion of BAME detentions.This model will be delivered to people from BAME groups who access mental health services in mental health inpatient settings only. (1 pilot site)
LOT 2 - Model A & B Region 2 (East Midlands. East of England. London)Model A: Community In-Reach Model delivered in areas with high proportions of BAME detentions (1 Pilot site)Model B: This is an inpatient model delivered in areas with a high proportion of BAME detentions.This model will be delivered to people from BAME groups who access mental health services in mental health inpatient settings only.
