LLDC has appointed Greenwich Leisure Ltd (GLL) as tenant of the Copper Box Arena (CBA) with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the CBA. The lease term is 10 years from the 1 March 2024. An option to extend for a further 5 years is available to LLDC.

Renewal: Additional 5-year option to renew the lease would need to be exercised 2 years before the expiry of the initial term.
