Thanks to social media and social listening we can hear from our audiences, in the UK and around the world, much quicker and in greater detail than ever before. We use social listening to help inform and cover news. BBC News and BBC World Service are known globally as some of the most trusted and valued news brands. Social listening can help us to tell stories quickly - and find content, contributors and to analyse trends and better serve our audience. BBC Monitoring is another key user for this tender. The service monitors over 3,000 sources across radio, TV, press, online and social, in 100 languages. Their purpose remains to observe, understand and explain the world's media to help our users interpret key events.

Additional information: The estimated value range for this tender is between PS400.000 - PS520.000 for 3 years. Including the extension period of 2 years, the 5 years estimated value range is PS750.000 - PS860.000
Options: The Contract will have a term of 3 years and 4 months. 4 months for transition and implementation, and 3 years for the service delivery. The Contract may be extended at the BBC's discretion by two periods of 1 year each.
Renewal: 3 years plus 1 + 1
