The Employer wishes to invite Tenders for the provision of cleaning and waste management services. The service will include: * Cleaning of communal areas including entrances, hallways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, driveways, paths and bin stores; * Cleaning of sheltered accommodation * Adhoc specialist cleans; * Adhoc domestic cover; and * Waste removal and management services Detailed requirements are described in the Service information at within Document 2.
