Summary of the contracting process

The British Tourist Authority, trading as VisitBritain/VisitEngland, is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for Marketing Production Services in the industry category of marketing services. The procurement process, initiated as a tender, falls under the “open procedure” method. The framework will be based in London and includes several lots, such as Image & Video Researchers and Videographers, with the procurement staged at the award level as of 31 August 2021. Key details include a minimum standstill period of ten calendar days following the contract award notifications, allowing for appeals under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

This tender presents significant opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) involved in creative industries such as photography, videography, production, and marketing services. Businesses with expertise in managing media campaigns, creating visual content, or providing post-production services are particularly well-suited for participation. The project aims to award contracts across various lots, allowing businesses with specialised skills in areas such as animation, event graphics, and editorial content creation to engage effectively and potentially expand their market reach through high-profile projects with VisitBritain/VisitEngland.
