Lot 1

A number of contracting options have been considered including contracting via a CCS consultancy framework with the consultancy partner then subcontracting the work to CTM, this has however been commercially rejected due to high fees. MQS Commercial's recommendation that a direct award under section 32(2)(c) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 is made. The duration is short term in nature to October 21.
