Lot 1 - Decorator Paint

A Framework Agreement for the provision of Decorative Paints and Sundries. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements. The Framework will be a mixture of contractual, stock and direct.

Renewal: There is a possibility that this Framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date

Lot 2 - Decorator Sundries Including Wallpaper

This Lot is for the provision of Decorator Sundries and Wallpaper. YPO require Providers who can offer advice and satisfy the requirements of Customers end users including but not limited to, Education Customers, Council Employees and Social Housing Tenants etc.

Renewal: There is a possibility that this Framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date

Lot 3 - Decorator Solutions (Paint/Tenant Packs and Vouchers)

As a minimum, Providers must have experience and/or the capability to provide bespoke Decorating Solutions such as Tenant Vouchers and Packs to Customers suitable for a range of property sizes and to include Premium Paints and Decorating Sundries for use by not limited to Local Authorities, Regional Social Landlords, Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) etc

Lot 4 - YPO Catalogue Items

This Lot covers a variety of painting and decorating accessories to feature in the YPO catalogues. Minimum requirements; Stock Products: Delivered to YPO Warehouse located at 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield. Direct Products: Ordered by YPO on behalf of our customers (who could be anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland and the Highlands and Islands) and to be delivered directly to the customer. Provider to invoice YPO.
