Notice Title
Soft Market Test - Complex Care Providers - PRF 1206
Notice Description
Peterborough City Council (PCC) are looking to develop a suitable supported living service for a specific individual with a mild learning disability, emotionally unstable personality disorder and depression. This is an opportunity for: * CQC registered home care and supported living services to submit suggestions as to how they could meet the needs and in particular how they would source a suitable property. * Landlords / Housing Providers to submit how they would find a suitable property, how this would be managed and how they would work with a care provider. * Submissions could be made jointly with a care provider and landlord or separately. We will consider current properties that could be adapted or plans to purchase and adapt a property. Potential providers are invited to respond to the questions concerning the proposed service to be procured. Responses to these questions may be used to inform our commissioning approach to the tender exercise. In order to make an informed decision on the optimum procurement approach we are looking to the market to assist. Please note that this is not a call for competition, neither is it a procurement exercise but an opportunity for Peterborough City Council to better understand the supply market and for providers to showcase their ideas.
