Notice Description
The aim of the community equipment and wheelchair services (CEWS) is to enable Adults, Children, Young People (CYP) and/or their Carers to have access to a range of equipment, amongst which is the ceiling track hoist service, wheelchair and postural seating services, issued in accordance with assessed needs.
Lot Information
Lot 1
A fundamental principle of the service is to promote and enable individuals to continue living independently and in their own homes, communities, and schools, including those wishing to access this service independently of health and care prescribed support.
Renewal: There is an option to extend for: up to 1 x period of up to 24 months. For avoidance of doubt, the maximum duration of this contract, including permitted extensions will be until 31.07.2029.
