Notice Description
YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Trikes, Scooters & Ride-ons for use primarily in the education market. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. The Framework Agreement will cover the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024, with two options to extend for an additional 12 months.

This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. This Framework will include: - 2 and 3 wheeled scooters suitable for outdoor use in an early years environment, suitable for ages 3+ - 3 wheeled trikes and tandem trikes suitable for outdoor use in an early years environment, and suitable for ages 2-3+ - 3 wheeled trikes with pedals suitable for outdoor use in an early years environment, suitable for ages 3+ - 2 wheeled balance bikes suitable for outdoor use in an early years environment, suitable for ages 3
Options: The Framework Agreement will cover the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024, with two options to extend for an additional 12 months (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance)
Renewal: There is a possibility that this Framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the Commencement Date
