The activities are to provide certain signing, lighting, guarding and specialist vehicles (traffic management) for works carried out by Council Departments or their appointed contractors to the requirements of: - Safety at Street Works and Road Works Code of Practice - Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual for situations not covered by the Code of Practice - National Highways Sector Schemes 12A/12B, 12C and 12D.

Options: The initial contract period is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 2 x 12 months.

Renewal: Two extension options of 12 months each.
