It is NHS Lothian's preference that Blackridge Health Centre remains as a single practice, although in the event that no satisfactory application is made for the provision of the services as a whole, consideration may be given to proposals from Applicants who wish to provide primary medical services for part of the practice. Any such application will be evaluated as a separate lot in accordance with the evaluation methodology below. It will be important that Applicants involved in the planning and/or delivery of existing schemes and services can demonstrate that they have sufficient capacity so as not to prejudice delivery of primary medical services under any other contract an Applicant may have with NHS Lothian or pre-existing schemes or the ability of NHS Lothian itself to deliver services. The successful Applicant will be required to enter into a contract with NHS Lothian on the terms of the General Medical Services Contract (\"GMS Contract\") the form of which is prescribed by The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018, as amended, or replaced from time to time. Performance by the successful Applicant under the terms of the GMS Contract will be subject to these Regulations available at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ssi/2018/66/made Additional information: It is a requirement that all applicants meet the criteria of section 17L of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, as amended. Interviews will be held on 16th December 2021. Times and venue will be confirmed closer to the date.",
