Notice Description

Suffolk County Council is appointing a provider to support people to live with their Shared Lives carer and their family on either a short-term or a long-term basis. The service can also provide for people who need daytime care only.

To operate and manage the 'Shared Lives' contract. A Shared Lives provider will charge a management fee to cover the administration of the service and a weekly fee is paid to the Shared Lives carer for the care and support of the individual.
