Lot.1 - London and Quadrant Housing Trust requires the successful Contractor to carry out MAINTENACE, REPAIRS AND SERVICING OF LQ DOMESTIC PASSENGER LIFTS WORKSTREAM, in East and North-East Neighbourhoods (Including Counties). Approx. number of Units is 294. The works will primarily take place in domestic and occupied and unoccupied properties ranging from individual dwelling to communal schemes and units

Renewal: The contract will let for an initial term of five (5) years, with up to two (2) further extension options of one (1) year each. But this will be at London and Quadrant Housing Trust sole discretion.

Lot.2 Thames, South & South-East Neighbourhoods (Including Counties).

Lot.2 - London and Quadrant Housing Trust requires the successful Contractor to carry out MAINTENACE, REPAIRS AND SERVICING OF L&Q DOMESTIC PASSENGER LIFTS WORKSTREAM, in Thames, South & South-East Neighbourhoods (Including Counties). The Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI2015 No 102) (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). The Court may extend the time limit for starting proceedings to be started more than 3 months after that date. Where a contract has not been entered into, the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order London and Quadrant Housing Trust to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages or where the contract award procedures have not been followed correctly declare the contract to be ineffective."
