Notice Description
Derbyshire Adult Care is inviting tenders from organisations experienced in the provision of specialist supported living services to adults. Providers will offer a supported living service for people of 18 years and upwards with complex needs. People in need of this service may have a variety of diagnoses and Providers are expected to have the specialist skills and knowledge required to deliver services to adults with support needs associated with the following disabilities: * learning disability * autism * mental health disability * physical disability and/or sensory impairment and/or acquired brain injury Providers will be selected on the basis of experience, capability and quality.

This Framework encompasses three categories, these are: * Care Quality Commission Registered Provider (Non-Enhanced) * Care Quality Commission Registered Provider (Enhanced) * Non-Care Quality Commission Registered Provider These categories are further split into individual lots, dependent on group supported (Autism/learning disabilities; mental health problems; acquired brain injury/physical disability/sensory impairment) and Geographical area
