Notice Description
The service will deliver relationship and sexuality education (RSE) programmes for young people aged 12-19 years in community settings across Northern Ireland. RSE in the community improves the sexual health and well-being of young people across Northern Ireland by enabling them to make healthier choices and contribute to the reduction in numbers of young people having underage sex, number of teenage pregnancies and incidence of sexually transmitted infections.
Lot Information
Lot 1: Relationship and Sexuality Education for 12-14 years
The service will deliver relationship and sexuality education (RSE) programmes for young people aged 12-19 years in community settings across Northern Ireland. RSE in the community improves the sexual health and well-being of young people across Northern Ireland by enabling them to make healthier choices and contribute to the reduction in numbers of young people having underage sex, number of teenage pregnancies and incidence of sexually transmitted infections. Additional information: The total value of the procurement in II.1.7) above is inclusive of all three (3) Lots for the initial contract period of 2 years, plus the option to extend for 2 x 12 month periods (2 years). The value includes provision for an increase in service volumes of 50% as outlined in clause 1.4 of B Document - SS20a Scoping and Specification document. It is not a guarantee of uptake or minimum demand. In II.1.6) Maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer: is one (1).
