Lot 1

This is a notice of intension to award a contract under the most suitable provider process for the following services. CFS is a complex, chronic medical condition in which people often experience a fluctuation in symptoms. In summary, the service will provide specialist assessment and treatment to meet the needs of people with CFS, whilst ensuring treatment interventions meet the standards required for HCPC Proficiency. The service will be delivered during the period of 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday and from the provider's premises. Referrals for the service currently average around 16 pcm. This is an existing service that will be provided by a new supplier, between the dates of Oct 2024 until Sept 2025. Approx. lifetime value of the contract will be PS10,000.00 pa

Options: Subject to any forthcoming legal amendments to the Procurement regulations for example under the proposed provider selection regime the Trust reserves the right to consider these and any the opportunity for any further extension beyond those already stipulated.
