Any declared or potential conflicts of interest were managed as per the Trusts policy. The relative importance of the key criteria was measured by the following: Quality and Innovation 50% Value 20% Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability 10% Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 10% Social Value 10%. The provider was chosen due attaining the highest score when evaluating against the Key Criteria."
