There is also a non-binding agreement for the parties to work together to look at ways to innovate the provision of the services including the use of automation and AI technology to create wholescale changes to the way in which the laboratory services are provided. The initial contract term is eighty four (84) months following an implementation period of thirty (30) months. There is also an option to extend by 2 further eighty four (84) month periods, subject to agreement by both parties.
