Notice Description
RBC is seeking to procure a Supplier to install Two (2) wide-coffin or bariatric replacement Cremators for Reading Crematorium with a system to provide 100% abatement to the cremators, together with ancillary equipment associated with the processing of ashes and heat recovery. To include an all inclusive 15 year maintenance contract.Bids require Suppliers to provide details of all accompanying required building works, based on the proposed method of installation. The actual building works will be carried out by the Council's own contractors; however, bids should include the provision for the demolition and removal of all waste from old cremators, abatement system, flues and all other associated ancillary equipment from cremator to tip of the chimney.Please also note that a separate price is required for the removal and safe disposal of all existing cremation equipment and associated abatement media.Please refer to the Specification (input) in Schedule 1 which provides a full de
