Site-specific details will be issued with the individual works packages. The contract has no guaranteed quantities, works orders will fluctuate according to demand and available budget.

Additional information: The estimated contract value is based on the 12-month extension option being given. If the extension is not offered then the estimated contract value could reduce to approx. GBP 6000000.00. There is no guaranteed work under this contract and not all projects are known at this time so the figures in this notice are purely estimates. EU funds may be used in the future on this contract.

Renewal: 12 month extension option to be offered at the discretion of the Council
