Notice Title
Fostering Agency Framework Agreement 2022
Notice Description
Norfolk County Council wished to revise the current Framework for Fostering Agencies for existing and new providers. Further to Paragraph 3 of the Best Value Statutory Guidance issued by the Secretary of State for Local Government in September 2011, the Council engaged with the market to further understand options for delivery. The meetings informed providers of our intentions and what we hope to achieve, to ascertain what potential providers see as areas of risk, to discuss the specifications, contractual terms and what (if anything) would stop interested parties from applying. Notes and slides from these meetings were published as clarifications.
