ARU is one of the UK's leading providers of degree apprenticeships, working in partnership with professional bodies and some of the biggest names in industry and public services. We currently work with over 460 regional and national employers to offer a wide range of future relevant degree level programmes that have been designed to meet the needs of today's employers and provide exciting career development opportunities for over 2,000 apprentices. To comply with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding rules that govern apprenticeships in the UK, all apprentices must evidence that a minimum of 20% of their contracted working hours are protected by their employers for developing the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSB) required to meet their apprenticeship standard throughout the duration of their apprenticeship. These are known as 'Off the Job' (OTJ) Learning hours. In addition, we are required to monitor the progress each apprentice is making in their development of the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours as they work through their apprenticeship and their End Point Assessment (EPA). For some apprenticeships, in addition, the development of a portfolio of work is a required component of the EPA itself. For both these elements, ARU are seeking an Apprenticeship ePortfolio that meets the requirements set out within the tender documentation. The contract will be for a five-year term from the Go Live date, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months.
Options: This contract has the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months.
