Via East Midlands Ltd is seeking to appoint three suitably experienced and accredited contractors to a Delivery Partnership Framework. The intention is for Via East Midlands Ltd to establish a partnering relationship to ensure that all parties work and act in a spirit of mutual trust, co-operation and collaboration.
