Waste Network Services Lot 6 - Rodent Control Services
Notice Description
Thames Water Utilities Ltd (TWUL) is seeking to establish a contract for the delivery of Waste Network Services (Lot 6) which includes Rodent Control Services. The Rodent Control Service contract is primarily designed to assist Thames Water's customers with their rodent issues by attempting to ascertain any issues with the sewerage system. The Service Provider will use a combination of CCTV sewer inspections, baiting & other investigation techniques to the extent required to produce a full rodent investigation report to Thames Water on the findings and next steps.

Lot 1
This lot is for the provision of specialised rodent control services within the waste network. TWUL are seeking a supplier to collaboratively work with them to deliver rodent control services to our customers. It is essential this service delivers high quality customer outcomes throughout what is one of Thames Water's most emotive customer journeys. Works undertaken under this lot are expected to include: - Rodent investigation - this will consist of a variety of survey techniques as necessary to establish this extent to which Thames Water's assets are contributing to a customers rodent issues. These findings will then be presented back to the customer in the form of a detailed report - CCTV surveys - Redlining of unmapped sewerage systems - Capturing relevant Thames Water asset data - Sewer Baiting (as appropriate)
Options: Any agreement awarded would be for an initial duration of 5 years, with options to extend annually up to a maximum overall term of 8 years.
