Notice Description
The University of Nottingham wants to employ a suitably qualified contractor to complete its Project Pinnacle. The Works comprise the refurbishment and re-modelling of the existing Tower and Engineering Buildings, including associated external works. The Works include the refurbishment and remodelling of the existing 15 storey Tower into a mixture of open plan office spaces and meeting rooms, including a new sky lounge and a deli-shop. Additionally, the Works will include the refurbishment and re-modelling of the existing Engineering Building into a mixture of open plan works spaces, large cafe and coffee bar and external seating area.
