Notice Description
NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group is awarding a contract for the provision of Adults - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment and Treatment - Waiting List Initiative services for Devon. The contract value is for a 6+6-month term. The maximum total value for the 12-month period is PS250,000 based on the delivery of the requirements. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner(s).

NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group is awarding a contract for the provision of Adults - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment and Treatment - Waiting List Initiative services for Devon. In Devon, demand for existing ADHD services increased, with an exponential rise in referrals for assessment and the prevalence rates changing in demographic. As a result of this increased demand, the CCG has commissioned additional capacity in order to reduce waiting times and support services to achieve an 18-week referral to treatment target. NHS Devon CCG commissioned a provider to deliver a NICE compliant model of medical care to address a proportion of the current backlog of people waiting for an ADHD assessment. The contract value is for a 6+6-month term. The maximum total value for the 12-month period is PS250,000 based on the delivery of the requirements. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner(s). Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
