Renewal: The Council may at its sole discretion, by written notice during a period between one and three months prior to the expiry date, offer to the Contractor an extension, or series of extensions, of up to two further years in total.

Built Heritage Conservation Advice

This contract aims to provide Built Heritage Conservation Advice services for the Councils on all matters relating to Planning - including Development Management, Enforcement, and Policy/ Forward Planning.
