Torus Foundation is seeking input from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity. Our customers comprise of individuals and families who need help with welfare benefits advice, debt advice and budgeting advice. We expect to receive about 3,500 referrals per annum, split equally between welfare benefits advice, debt advice and budgeting advice
