The full scope of the procurement will be defined during an options appraisal, however it is anticipated that works will include the replacement of major building components including kitchen and bathrooms, roofs, windows and doors. In addition, the procurement will include the delivery of cyclical and associated works and decarbonisation works. Furthermore, small one-off refurbishment or conversion projects may also be delivered through this procurement. The detail regarding the delivery model, including consideration of division into Lots and the duration of the arrangements, is yet to be defined. The estimated contract value detailed in II.1.5 is based upon the current arrangements and reflects an estimated annual value of circa PS15,000,000.00-PS30,000,000.00. As stated in II.2.4, the duration of the arrangements is yet to be defined. It is likely that the arrangements will be divided into Lots, however the detail regarding this is yet to be defined.
