Notice Description
Durham County Council was seeking to appoint a sole Contractor to print the Council's Durham County News four times a year (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). There may also be a requirement to Print a Guide to Services and an Essential Guide to Summer Fun (together "the Publications), Both Guides could potentially be subject to Council review in the future in terms of how they are delivered.
