Coventry City Council's Repair and Maintenance (R and M) Team provide an in-house solution delivering planned maintenance and reactive repairs to Coventry City Council's owned properties, operational buildings, Schools and private dwellings. The R and M Team requires access to a 'materials' framework, to ensure the service can be delivered. Materials required are general building, paint, plumbing, heating, electrical and kitchen and various services including a priority counter service as a 'trade' customer.
