This contract is being modified in accordance with Regulation 88.1.b. of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. The contract is being modified to include Incident App Year 3 subscription. 1Spatial and NGN collaborated to design, develop and build NGN's Incident App.The app is built on 1Spatial preparatory software (LMAP) so there are no other suppliers who would be able to licence and support this for us.
