Contract for the provision of waste collection services under Regulation 32 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 for the initial period commencing on 1 February 2022 to 31 March 2022 to Tom White Waste Ltd. Additional information: Per Regulation 7 of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/3319) , the City Council will ensure that no agency workers are used for the provision of the temporary arrangement either by the City Council itself or Tom White Waste Limited
