BBC Media & Broadcast Systems Integrator
Notice Description
The BBC was seeking to establish a roster of non exclusive framework agreements for the integration and installation of new and refurbished broadcast production facilities. Systems integrators' responsibilities vary from project to project; these included project planning, detailed design, installation, cabling, performance and acceptance testing and supply of equipment. The requirement consisted of three lots: Hardware & Infrastructure, Software & Workflow and Vehicles Integration.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Hardware & Infrastructure
Working with the BBC to deliver a project or programme which will include end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements
Lot 2 - Software & WorkflowWorking with the BBC to deliver a project or programme which is software or workflow based only
Lot 3 - Vehicles IntegrationWorking with the BBC to deliver a project or programme which will include end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities in a vehicle. This includes all types of broadcast/media vehicles including newsgathering vehicles (from motorbikes to large trucks), D-SNG, radio cars, outside broadcast/ large events vehicles.
Hardware & InfrastructureWorking with the BBC to deliver a project or programme which will include end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements. Sometimes this might be installation of equipment to systems designs supplied by the BBC. Or working with the BBC during the plan & shape phase of a project or programme. Includes hardware, software and network integration, as required by each project.
Software & WorkflowWorking with the BBC to deliver a project or programme which is software or workflow based only. Or working with the BBC during the plan & shape phase of a project or programme which is software or workflow based only.
Vehicles IntegrationWorking with the BBC to deliver a project or programme which will include end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities in a vehicle. This includes all types of broadcast/media vehicles including newsgathering vehicles (from motorbikes to large trucks), D-SNG, radio cars, outside broadcast/ large events vehicles. Sometimes this might be installation of equipment to systems designs supplied by the BBC.
