Notice Description

The Domestic Abuse Support Service consists of an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) service that deals with high risk cases sent through from MARAC and an Outreach Service that supports all standard, medium and non-MARAC high risk cases. The service is for the residents of the County of Lincolnshire IDVA The IDVA Service is commissioned to support victims (men, women and young people aged 16 and over) who reside within the geographical boundaries of Lincolnshire, and who have been referred to a Lincolnshire MARAC. Outreach Is open to all who need a DA intervention. This service will provide a referral pathway for those service users who are identified as "at risk" following a GP or Hospital visit, police intervention or another agency and from self-referrals. More information on the existing services including the demand profile and budget information along with the Council's current thinking on the new model and approach are all detailed on the Pre-market Engagement Questionnaire.

The current Domestic Abuse Services are procured as separate lots for: 1. IDVA Services 2. Outreach Services The Council also have contracts in place for Refuge Services, which do not form part of this re-commissioning activity. The Perpetrator programme and Victim Support in Lincolnshire currently sit with the OPCC and do not form part of the re-commissioning activity. The Council is keen to understand the markets preferred approach to a number of important elements which will help to inform the decision making process and development of the specification. To this end; Providers are invited to complete a questionnaire which focuses upon aspects such as the scope of contract, future proofing the service, deliverability and other commercial considerations. The questionnaire is available on Pro-Contract at https:procontract.due-north.com or available on request from reena.fehnert@lincolnshire.gov.uk. Any feedback will be appreciated and treated as confidential and commercially sensitive. More information on the existing services including the demand profile and budget information along with the Council's current thinking on the new model and approach are all detailed on the Pre-market Engagement Questionnaire. The deadline for the return of the questionnaire is 17:00 on the 24th March 2022. The Council will then look at the feedback and may wish to do further engagement on the responses received.
