Extra Care Housing for Older Adults - Hampshire - Market Engagement Event
Notice Description
Hampshire County Council (HCC) Adults' Health and Care would like to invite care providers who have an interest in delivering Care and Support services in Extra Care Housing for older people to a market engagement event to find out more about our ambitious programme for care contracts. The event will take place on Monday 4th April 2022, 2-4pm on Microsoft Teams. Extra Care Housing provides the opportunity for people to live in independent accommodation in their communities with care provision onsite 24/7 to provide planned and emergency care. HCC is preparing to tender contracts for 18 existing Extra Care Schemes and two new build schemes. This event will provide insight into our model, objectives and strategic direction. To book a place, you must register with the Hampshire In-Tend Portal (if you have not already done so) and express an interest in the project. To register on In-Tend, please go to the Council's e-tendering website and click on the 'Register' tab - registration is free: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire. We recommend that you refer to the e-tendering guidance for suppliers which can be found by clicking on 'Information for Suppliers' at the top of the home page. Logging into In-Tend (once registered) - To view this opportunity please click on 'Tenders' then 'Current' and then scroll down to AS19137 Extra Care Housing for Older Adults - Hampshire - Market Engagement - Select 'View Details' - Click the 'Express Interest' tab Please confirm your attendance via the correspondence function on the project. Please provide the intended attendees name, their job/role title, organisation name and an email address that can then be used to access the event link. The event link will be emailed to all registered attendees by 31st March. The deadline for reserving a place is 5pm on the 29th March 2022. There is a limit of 2 attendees per organisation. Please ensure that you access the link and enter the meeting at least 5 minutes before the start time, with your microphone muted. The event will start promptly at 2pm on Monday 4th April 2022.
