With the lower school and upper school on two separate campuses, both with an N2 postcode, the Archer Academy is looking for a professional cleaning contractor to deliver an excellent level of service throughout the year on both campuses. the Lower school has three floors across 3,742 M2 and the Upper school has three floors 2,276 M2. Full details of the campuses are in the PQQ documentation. All bidders please note - the Academy is specifically looking for suppliers that have existing local operational presence and education contracts within 10 miles of the Academy and this will be a key criteria in the PQQ assessment.

With 9 cleaners on site and a PM clean at each campus, periodic cleans are arranged with the School and they are reviewing the number of weeks currently. Current pay rates and shift hours are in the PQQ documentation. The contract is for an initial three year term with an optional 2 years extension based upon mutually agreed finances, performance and a strong working relationship.
