North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement East of England and NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (The Contract Authority) to support in the commissioning of an Alternative Provider Medical Service (APMS) to be delivered within Waterbeach, a village North of Cambridge in the South Cambridgeshire District Council area. The commissioner wishes to invite all interested providers to attend a virtual bidder event to be held prior to the procurement process, which will include information regarding the services and the area, and an overview of the procurement process and associated documentation, including information to support submission of bids. It will also give interested provider the opportunity to outline their thoughts on the service and the procurement process proposed. The Commissioner may also use this opportunity to seek feedback regarding potential upcoming procurements in the CCG area. This event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 30th March 2022, between 12:30 and 13:30. If you are interested, please register your attendance via the In-Tend portal, providing your organisation name as well as names and email addresses of all attendees. Deadline for registering attendance is 12 noon on 29th March 2022 and Microsoft Teams invites will be issued on the same day.
