Notice Description
Scottish Water Horizons is seeking parties prepared to participate in a competitive tendering procedure for the provision of pan-Scotland Consultancy Services to support our Developer Projects workstreams. The framework will be made up of two lots. All interested parties must stipulate to Scottish Water which lots they are interested in bidding for. Lot 1 Water & Drainage Impact Assessment Consultancy Lot 2 Flow & Pressure Testing The work is generally related to surveys but the work may on occasion require visits to sites across Scotland for investigation activity. Please note this will be multi award framework and the envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement is unknown at this stage. Though the main body of activity will be with SW Horizons, SW reserves the right to engage with the framework directly if require and to add to or merge workstreams with one another or the other lots based on market engagement.
Lot Information
Water and Drainage Impact Assessments
Description of the procurement: Lot 1 Water & Drainage Impact Modelling Assessments. All Applicants will submit a PQQ which, once evaluated will be used to invite suppliers to submit a competitive tender. 1.Drainage & Water Impact Assessments - All aspects of modelling work from c.PS5k to PS25K each. 2.The work is related to surveys but may require visits to sites pan Scotland. 3.Suppliers will liaise with Customers and SW and work to the highest standards of Customer Experience in line with SW Horizon's requirements. 4.The Supplier will be required to pass SW and Independent assessments regarding H&S including compliance with DOMS and the SW Hygiene CofP. 5.Commercial agreement will be in accordance with SW Horizons' T&Cs. 6.Please note that this will be multi award fwk and the max. number of participants to the fwk agreement is unknown at this stage. 7.Though the main body of activity will be with SW Horizons, SW reserves the right to engage with the fwk directly.
