Lot 1

This is solely a reactive maintenance contract. The contract will be for a period of 5 years but subject to an extension or extensions of up to an aggregate of 2 further years at the absolute discretion of the Council.

Options: An extension option of up to 2 years at the Council's absolute discretion.
