The supply of Cold Recycled Bound Materials mixed ex situ to Lancashire Highways Service. The Framework is split into 3 Lots: Lot 1 - Planing materials mixed with cement Lot 2 - Planing materials mixed with foamed bitumen Lot 3 - Planing materials mixed with bitumen emulsion The materials are required across Lancashire.

Planing materials mixed (ex situ) with cement
Renewal: The initial duration of the Framework shall be 24 months unless it is terminated in accordance with the provisions set out in the Framework Agreement. The Authority may extend the Framework Agreement by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 24 months in addition to the initial term.
