The Authority wishes to award a contract in respect of Universal Youth Services which will be split into two Lots. Lot 1 is for Enhanced Youth Provision provided by Voluntary and Community Groups and Lot 2 is for the Provision of Youth Clubs

Enhanced Youth Provision

To support and develop the capacity of the voluntary and community sector to deliver youth work activity

Renewal: Initial three year period, with the option to extend for a further three years then two years. The total possible contract duration is eight years (3+3+2).

Provision of Youth Clubs

To provide high quality youth clubs in 15 venues (this may increase/ decrease through negotiation) for one evening per week in term time and ensure regular attendance of 15-30 young people in each club.
