Expression of interest with request to complete questionnaire . Provision of an additional 27 No. residential flats with external landscape improvements across the three separate, but immediately adjacent, sites. Construction of: * 10 x Flats created in two new 3-storey blocks * A single-storey bungalow block with 2 x separate residential units * Rooftop extension to five of the existing 3-storey blocks to provide an additional 5 x Flats to each block * External hard & soft landscaping, drainage adaptations and minor works * Internal heating via Air Source Heat Pumps (no gas installations) * 3m floor to ceiling heights * Mansard roof construction for the roof top extensions and flat roofs for the new build blocks, all with zinc cladding finish * PV panels to 50% of the new roof areas * Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery to all units * Sprinkler installation for the new flats and also for all the existing flats within blocks that are extended (above 11 metre height) plus booster tanks * Aluminium composite windows to 35% of the total external wall area * Sewer connections * External lighting * Primary connection of utility services (electricity, water & BT Telecoms) * Localised utility and services diversions * Smoke ventilation to lobbies
