Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a ranked Framework for Ad-hoc taxi Services that will be based upon the level of discount offered against set tariff rates. The framework will cover the following lots: * Lot 1 - Standard Ad-hoc Journeys * Lot 2 - Short Term Ad-Hoc Routed Journeys * Lot 3 -Wheelchair Accessible Routed Journeys
