Notice Description
Chorley Council has awarded a contract for the provision of multi-site security and concierge services commencing on 1 October 2022 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 24 months.

Lot 1
The contract is for the provision of multi-site security and concierge services and replaces two existing contracts for the provision of these services at Primrose Gardens Extra Care Facility, Cotswold Supported Housing Temporary Accommodation Hostel and Market Walk Shopping Centre and also brings into service an additional requirement for our new Tatton Gardens extra care facility. The Contract is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2022 and shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years. The contract value indicated at ll.1.7 and V.2.4 has been calculated inclusive of the optional extension period.
Options: The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend up to a further 24 months.

"reviewDetails": "Chorley Borough Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
