Cardiff Council offers a separate collection service for Absorbent Hygiene Products (AHP) in yellow striped bags. At present, this waste is sent for disposal. However Cardiff Council are looking for a provider that will be able to deliver a high recovery and recycling rate on this product. The provider will need to evidence this an provide certificates on how this is being processed in line with NRW auditing process.
