Notice Description
Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of A person centred overnight Short Break Service for Children and Young People with Learning disabilities and /or autism, that may have challenging behaviours and /or health needs. The accommodation for service 1 will be leased to the service contractor for the period of the contract for the purpose of delivering the contract. Bidders should propose accommodation for Service 2 which must be within Suffolk or up to a maximum of 10 miles from the Suffolk border. The contract is for the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2027 with the option to extend for up to a further 36 months. This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of portal. The accommodation for service 1 will be leased to the service contractor for the period of the contract for the purpose of delivering the contract. Bidders should propose accommodation for Service 2 which must be within Suffolk or up to a maximum of 10 miles from the Suffolk border. Additional information: This tender is advertised as an open tender with negotiation and meets the requirements of the Lighter Touch Regime.
Renewal: This contract will replace a similar previous service, Service 1 Ambleside will continue to use the same building. The contract period is 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2027 with the option to extend for up to a further 36 months
