Regulated by the Homes & Communities Agency (registration number L4517), and is an exempt charity registered under the Co-operative & Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. L&Q wish to engage with the market regarding a potential procurement for Electrical Reactive Maintenance and Voids Services. Examples of works include reactive repairs, fault finding and minor installation works. These will be for both domestic and commercial properties. L&Q are planning to appoint both a primary and secondary contractor to each of it's eight 'neighbourhoods'. Contractors will be required to complete approximately 35 jobs per week per neighbourhood. Organisations that may be able to deliver these services on behalf of L&Q, either in full or in part, are invited to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire and send their response to jaketurner@lqgroup.org.uk by 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 9th June 2022.
